THE ENTIRE STORY MATTERS TO US!

The First "NO"
Deserves
A Closer Look!

Hail and Wind Damage affect more than just the roof!

Siding, Gutters, Flashing, Windows, Detached Structures, and Interior Finishes may tell the remaining story.

We conduct a thorough review of all the claim documentation and examine whether the insurance company proposed repairs will actually restore your property to its authentic pre-loss condition.

LET'S SEE HOW WE CAN HELP!

OUR SIMPLE PHILOSOPHY: STOP AT THE FIRST "NO"!

That very first point of Resistance, IS, your CUE to bring in "the Wolf" and the Damage Review Team!

We keep things simple at Damage Review Corporation; the best time to involve a Public Adjuster is day ONE!

The second-best time is the first "NO"!

If the claim is already underway, the first point of resistance is your cue to bring in Damage Review Corporation.

For Roofers and Restoration Companies, the real question is when the insurance claim has moved beyond what you should handle yourself, and who needs to take over?

Make the introduction to Damage Review Corporation at the very first point of resistance so your customer gains a dedicated claims advocate and your team can focus on documenting the damage, while assessing the customers overall needs.

KNOW WHEN TO BRING IN DAMAGE REVIEW CORPORATION

THE GOLDEN THREE STEPS OF RECOGNITION

01

RECOGNIZE

Recognize the very First "NO"!

Work scope disputes, Pricing disputes, Coverage pushback, and Payment delays, you feel it!

Rejected repair proposals and claim stalls.

These are all clear signs that the insurance carrier discussion needs professional intervention. You should not wait for that full or partial denial letter in order to bring on the Damage Review Corporation team.

02

RECORD and PRESERVE

Record and preserve claim documentation.

Hold on to all estimate versions, photos, reports, and correspondence. Record what claim components were refused, and why. Preserve all documentation collected and prepare the file for the handoff.

03

Involve

Introduce the claim to Damage Review Corporation.

With the insured's authorization, we will conduct full review of the insurance policy and claim documentation.

We will then identify what needs to be resolved, and discuss representation along with next steps.

THREE RULES FOR YOUR NEXT CLAIM

Recognize Resistance and Know When to Hand it Off!

The trigger

Stop At The First "NO"!

The first meaningful resistance on scope, pricing, coverage, or payment, is your cue to bring in a professional claim advocate.

Repeated arguments and claims concessions can make the file harder to resolve later on.

The team

Know who you will call.

Build your relationship with a Public Adjuster and an Attorney who specializes in property damage claims before a claim gets difficult.

Know how to introduce your customer and what information each professional needs.

Together

Document, Preserve and Hand it Off!

Hold on to all photographs, estimate versions, reports, messages, and carrier positions in one place.

Let the appropriate professional take over the disputed claim discussion while you support the repairs proposal.

Meet "the Wolf"!

Founder Zev “the Wolf” Guttman

Hello, I’m the Wolf, and I solve problems.

When Storm Damage devastates your home or business, you need more than just a Public Adjuster, you need someone who knows all the tricks insurance companies use to underpay you. That’s why I’ve earned the name “the Wolf” which is what my name, Zev, means.

After watching families get offered pennies on the dollar for their storm damage claims, I founded Damage Review Corporation with one goal: to level the playing field between policyholders and insurance companies.

For over a decade, our team has fought exclusively for homeowners, NEVER, for the insurance companies!

From homes to businesses, we’ve recovered millions of dollars that insurance companies first denied or offered a significantly lower settlement in the beginning.

What sets us apart is our understanding of Storm Damage and our expertise in the Unfair Claims Practices Acts, which governs insurance behavior in each state.

Every storm damage claim is personal to us. We handle each one thru our team, from start to finish. And because we work on contingency, we only get paid when you do.
